Not an actual software program. Custom 3D House Projection Mapping Videos, ready made videos to purchase and project onto your house. You map your house (they have a tutorial http://www.digitalpressworks.com/how-it-works/drawing-a-house-outline/ ) send them an image, select which video you want, pay for it, and they send you a video file you play through your media player and projector.

Many of these programs have multiple levels/versions of their programs with varying features and thus varying prices. Many of these programs have monthly/yearly fees and or lifetime license.
